  • How will you ship my order?

Orders are shipped from the UK

via Royal Mail 2nd Class for orders within the UK.

Orders outside the UK are sent via International Priority

** We now offer next day delivery for UK orders & a TRACKED option for international orders - please select this option when checking out to guarantee you receive a tracking number **

UK Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 2pm with this option will be delivered the next working day.

Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be shipped for next day delivery but we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday with next day delivery will be shipped on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Made to order items still take 7-10 working days to be made, even when the Next Day Delivery option is selected. We will ship for next day delivery once the item has been made.

We aim to ship orders within 1-3 working days

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

Once shipped you can expect your order to arrive in...

UK orders: 1-3 working days

Europe: 5-7 working days

USA & Everywhere else: 10-14 working days

  • What does 'Made To Order' mean?

A made to order item is one that we only begin production on once we have recieved an order for. This may require ordering in a blank product from our supplier & embroidering in house on one of our machines. Hence the estimated production time of 7-10 days or 10-12 days.

This helps us to cut down on stock wastage and allows us to offer a wider range of colours & sizes.

In the unlikely occasion that the colour or size you ordered may be out of stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you via email to offer an alternative replacement.

 

  • Can I cancel my order?

Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. We cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped or if we have began production (for made to order items).

 

RETURNS:

We do not accept returns on made to order items. However, if you have bought the wrong size of an item of clothing, you can return the item for an exchange. As long as the item has not been worn and is in as new condition. Please email us first to arrange an exchange:
